What You Need To Know

1. Check-In & Check-Out
   • Check-in time: 3:00 pm
   • Check-out time: 12:00 pm
2. Late check-out charges:
   • MYR 50 - before 3pm
   • MYR 100 - before 6pm
3. Extra Bed
   • Extra bed is available upon request with an extra charge of RM 90 per room, per night. (Subject to availability)
4. Extra Breakfast
   • All room rates with breakfast is inclusive of 2 person breakfast.
   • Additional breakfast charges apply as follows:
     • Adult: RM 25 per person
     • Child: RM 15 per person
5. Security Deposit
   • A refundable safety deposit of RM 100 per room is required upon check-in.
6. Reservation Support
   • 24-hour reservation assistance is available for all guests.
7. Smoking & Vaping Policy
   • This is a non-smoking and non-vaping hotel.
   • A cleaning fee of RM 500 will be imposed for any violation of this policy.
8. Pet Policy
   • Pets are not allowed within the hotel premises.
9. Cancellation Policy
   • Free cancellation is allowed up to 3 days before check-in date.
   • A one-night charge applies for cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date or in the event of a no-show.
   • All cancellations and refunds are subject to a RM 10 processing fee and a 5% payment gateway charge.
