Terms
and conditions apply:
i.
Individual Membership Benefits are only applicable to one (01) member registered
with Pan Borneo Hotel Kota Kinabalu Lifestyle Membership. Non-registered
members are to be exclusive of all membership benefits. (Member’s benefits are
non-transferable to another party)
ii.
Family Membership Benefits are only applicable to two (02) adults and two (02)
children registered with Pan Borneo Hotel Kota Kinabalu Lifestyle Membership.
Non-registered members are to be exclusive of all membership benefits. Any
arrangement pertaining to an additional person brought by members to enjoy the
membership benefits will be entirely up to Hotel’s discretion whether or not
the request(s) is/are possible.
iii.
The membership package is the property of PAN BORNEO HOTEL KOTA KINABALU
(TARLIA ENTERPRISE SDN BHD) and must be presented upon request.
iv.
Membership privileges will only be honoured on presentation of a valid
membership on PAN BORNEO HOTEL or ONE PLACE MALL partnership. Therefore,
strictly no discount for any expired membership. Without prejudice to any other
mode of proof, through payment for the Lifestyle by PAN BORNEO HOTEL KOTA
KINABALU membership, a member accepts the set terms and conditions as amended
from time to time, and agrees to be bound by them.
v.
Lifestyle by PAN BORNEO HOTEL KOTA KINABALU reserves the right to cancel or
suspend a membership at any time as and when it is suspected that the membership
is being abused or operated fraudulently.
vi.
Fraud or abuse concerning Lifestyle by PAN BORNEO HOTEL KOTA KINABALU
membership or usage of membership benefits is subject to appropriate
administrative and/or legal action by PAN BORNEO HOTEL KOTA KINABALU or Tarlia
Enterprise Sdn. Bhd.
vii.
The same terms and conditions will apply should there be any supplementary
membership card(s) issued to partner(s) and /or nominee(s) of the members.
Membership benefits will be entirely up to Hotel’s discretion whether or not
the request(s) is/are possible.
viii.
Restriction of Usage: The Lifestyle by PAN BORNEO HOTEL KOTA KINABALU
membership benefits (unless otherwise stated) are valid year round including on
the following days: New Year’s Eve, New Year Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas
Day, Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year’s Eve, Chinese New Year’s Day (Voucher
and discount tier is applicable during Chinese New Year period) Ramadhan,
special promotion and event(s).
ix.
The voucher on the membership package must be presented during room check-in and
dining session. All membership vouchers are valid for the duration of the
membership only.
x.
Cancellation Policies: Cancellation will be honoured up to 2 weeks from the
date of purchase of the membership and an administrative fee of RM100 will be
charged. Refund will be processed upon return of full and unused package within
14 working days.
xi.
Privacy Statement: Any personal information collected by Lifestyle by PAN
BORNEO HOTEL KOTA KINABALU membership office will not be disclosed to any third
parties unless required by law or any government agencies. Lifestyle by PAN
BORNEO HOTEL KOTA KINABALU reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and
Conditions at any time without prior notice.
xii.
Liability Exclusion: If the use of the card is restricted by occurrences, which
are subject to an act of God, such as strikes, fire, war and the like, PAN
BORNEO HOTEL KOTA KINABALU and its associates cannot be held liable. The
Lifestyle by PAN BORNEO HOTEL KOTA KINABALU is void where prohibited by law and
all condition(s), warrants or other terms implied by law are excluded to the
fullest extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
xiii.
Dress Code and Child Policy: The dress code applies at the main Fitness Centre and
Pool. Policy for room booking with children below 18 years old a restricts not
allowed at The Club unless accompanied by the parents.
All
previous members that have signed for previous benefits will not be charged
extra for the new amended benefits. However, renewal charges will apply upon
renewal of membership if he/she would like to continue their membership.
We
sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, you may select one of the
following service recovery options below:

Additional membership duration with new membership benefits (3 months)
•
Refund and cancellation of the membership application. (Refund: All claimed
membership benefits will be deducted from the total payment of the membership).

Proceed to carry on with the new membership benefits: Given 1x Complimentary
dinner for 2 adults. Advance reservation is required.
