We adhere to a strict standard operating procedures from the health Ministry of Malaysia, and our team takes serious measures to keep our premises safe and hygienic for everyone. The main lobby entrance, all guest areas, food & beverage venues, pool, gym, spa and rooms undergo deep sanitization by professional hygiene providers.
We have outlined the following preventive and protective measures to ensure that
we minimize risks related to the spread of Covid-19:
Temperature Checks:
Points of entry
will be limited to allow us to conduct temperature checks on all employees or
guests. Those with temperature over 38 Degrees Celsius will be denied entry to
the property.
Hand Hygiene
We advise
employees and guest to sanitize their hands frequently to avoid the spread of
harmful germs and bacteria. Hand
sanitizer dispenser will be placed at key guest and employee entrances and
contact areas such as hotel lobby, restaurant, spa, gym, pool and any common
facilities.
Coughing/Sneezing
Etiquette
Cover your mouth
and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze and throw tissues in covered
waste bin. Do wash your hands immediately after you cough.
Face Masks and
Face Visor
Wearing mask is
a must for employees and guest as this will help to prevent the spread of
infection and prevent contracting any airborne infectious germs.
Social
Distancing
We humbly advise
our guest to practice social distancing by standing at least one metre apart
while moving around the property. Employees are trained to practice physical
distancing with guests whenever possible.
